Tutellus is the first educational platform that pays students to learn (proof of learning) and rewards teachers according to their impact on their students' success (evidence of teaching).

Tutelus.io produces ecosystems where students and teachers earn money depending on the actions and activities they generate on the platform, which also provides all the agents (students, teachers and companies) with access to news sources, prospects, candidates, and services.

Tutellus will be EdTech's first decentralized platform, addressing the challenges faced by the education sector by using blockchain technology. Blockchain will make it possible to create digital assets (or tokens) that will be at the core of the new system of incentives for the Tutellus community.

Tutellus contributed three key elements to make this project a success:

1. Business model that works since 2013 with a community of one million users and 130,000 videos.
2. Platforms that pay users for their actions and contributions.
3. Application of Blockchain technology in accordance with the needs of online education market.

Problems and solutions

- Lack of opportunities to work nearly as many millions of people in various developing countries, and among them some have jobs but are unstable and even not paid at all. So that life is in the poverty line.

The main goal of Tutellus's main goal is to create new educational models that respond to market challenges with the most committed cultivation students, get the best teachers more involved, and create educational communities with strong links to the job market. Value added students envision a platform that pays students to learn.

Simple logic: the better the student training gets, the higher the student scores for the community and third parties (employers, job placement agencies, other service providers). This increase in value thereby extends across platforms, entrepreneurs and society as a whole. The added value to the teachers imagine the platform in which teachers are awarded for Excellence Students: the other relevance students get, the more money they will receive their teachers. This will improve student motivation, content quality, and teacher commitment to students.

The added value for companies looking for candidates envisioned a platform where companies can find the perfect fit for position or contract. Inexpensive and minimize risk, candidates can use the platform to prove their worth in any particular skill. This is Tutellus's vision: a novel educational model that creates a new system of incentives that all users get a direct reward according to the value they give to the community. This model may today use blockchain, and especially Ethereum technology.

The reward system will be built with digital assets or tokens, the currency that will be the core of the market. The entire system will operate according to the rules that are implemented as smart contracts, thereby ensuring full digitization and autonomous operation of the platform.

Tutellus Platform


The Token system will issue two different signs: STUT (Smart TUT) and TUT. Smart TUT, or STUT, is an internal sign that rewards actions that add value to the community. Users can obtain STUTs in several ways, all of them related to learning or helping other users to learn, and the number of STUT signs provides a measure of the relevance or importance of users within the platform. The rewards system will provide the added benefit of holding a high number of STUT signs. STUT tokens can be traded only to TUT, and only under certain conditions. Users can not buy STUT at any point: it must be accepted by taking action within the platform.

TUT tokens connect platforms with the Ethereum ecosystem. It is a fully traded sign that users can use, including:

* Buying products in a platform
* Purchased services, such as promotions and marketing for teachers, access to student profiles *, and other third-party services
* Access scholarship programs funded through third party donations
* The influence of governing decisions related to relevance: course approval * Career Management Design, teachers, tutors and masters, etc.
* Transfer money to other people, inside or outside the platform
* Trading for other cryptocurrencies.

TUT tokens will be available to students, teachers and third-party entities in several ways:

* By buying them during ICO or through a bounty program
* Through a scholarship awarded by Tutellus reward it's best student
* By earning part of the money paid by third parties (eg * revenue generated by employers who pay to identify the best students).
* Through loyalty program
* By second token trade, STUT (up to 50%)
* In exchange where TUT is registered.

Distribution token

During the initial distribution of tokens (See 9.2), some of the Tokens will be distributed among as many users as possible, both students and teachers, focusing on the most active users. This initial distribution will start a foreign flow once the ICO ends.

60 million Tokens will be offered in Token sales. Signs up to an additional 30 million may be incurred during the sale if a discount is applied. Other signs will not be issued after the ICO.

10 million tokens for the team, with one year.
10 million tokens for advisors, homework and others.
20 million Tokens to be stored in the pool to activate the ecosystem by awarding Scholarships.
